Q: What kind of adhesive do you use? Are your products easy to remove?
A: Our sticky products are made with a strong adhesive that won’t fall off easily. In addition, they won’t damage most surfaces and can be peeled off easily without residue. Even if they leave a bit of residue after a long time, it is removable with warm soapy water or any type of adhesive remover.
Q: How long do your stickers last?
A: In normal weather conditions, our stickers can last 3-5 years. However, if your stickers are placed outdoors, this will shorten the service life of stickers.
Q: How to get the most accurate color?
A: In order to get the most accurate color, please send us the Pantone color number as a reference. Note that there will slightly different colors due to the screen types.
Q: Will the size change when proofing?
A: Normally we won’t change the size of your products. Occasionally, we will recommend a change of your products to keep the design from getting distorted. And we won’t change the size without your permission.
Q: What are product templates?
A: Product templates refer to our pre-designed stickers, labels, buttons, or magnets pattern, aiming to help customers create their own designs easier. We have hundreds of templates for you to choose from. You can easily select one and place an order or change the elements like text or colors as you want.

Q: Can I get a quote?
A: We have a price list as well as an automated quotation system on the types of WebPages. You can get an estimated price by selecting the sizes and quantity of the product you are interested in. The price will automatically change according to different options.
Q: What types of files do you accept?
A: The vector diagram is preferred to upload. Allow the following file formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, PDF, AI, BMP, TIF, EPS.
Q: Is there anything you won’t print?
A: We may reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to obscenity, pornography, or other offensive contents. For the pictures you upload to our website, you must have permission to use it.
Q: Will I be sent proof of my final design after I order?
A: When we receive your order request, we will send you digital proof for approval within 24 hours. If you confirm, we will continue to the production process; if you require further adjustment, we will do as you wish. Note: Designs that have been ordered previously will not receive another proof.
Q: How can I reorder a design?
A: If you made an account when you checked out, you can find the design in your Order History and click 'Reorder'. If you checked out as a guest, you can reorder from your online receipt. Otherwise, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, or money order.

Q: Can I add a phrase or other text to my design?
A: Yes, of course. You can write texts in the design area like names, dates, and all messages. The size and color of the text can be modified.
Q: Can I change my design at any time?
A: You can change your design before your final approval. If the order is already in production, any change of the design is not allowed, or we will charge for any design that happened in the production process. So it is in your best interest to determine the design before production.
Q: Can I save my design if I cannot finish it at one time?
A: Yes, we will automatically save your design as long as you register and log in to our website. Next time, you can find your unfinished artwork in your account and you can continue to design.
General Questions:
Q: If I require alterations or wish to cancel my custom lanyard order after it has entered production, what are the procedures?
A: Any adjustments or cancellations will incur charges reflecting expenses accrued until the time of your request. Once an order enters production, no modifications can be made. If changes are necessary post-production initiation, it will be treated as a new order.
Q: How will my custom lanyards be packaged?
A: All custom lanyards will be packed in the standard poly bag. And if you have additional specifications for package, we will also fulfill for your lanyard orders.
Q: Do you offer a return guarantee for my custom lanyard orders?
A: Sure, if you encounter any quality problems with our custom lanyards, please feel free to contact our after-sales customer service department to assist with return processing. For detailed return terms, please read the privacy policy.
